![]() ![]() ![]() this should help cos thats what i did when i had similar issue and it worked. now locate your rebirth save files, (sorry i dont know where to find that) and copy paste them/ replace them with the persistentgamedata.dat files. ok now if you are up to this part you have found where to put your rebirth save files. It's alright, i lost my old save file when repentance launched so i kinda just am miffed about it and want to have a file to play. then highlight the link which should look something like this: C:\Users\YOURNAME/Documents/My Games/Binding of Isaac Repentance/ (Change 'YOURNAME' to your pc username) then go to the bottom and you will find 3 (or the number of save files you have opened) which are named something like this: Persistentgamedata1.dat). You might have to disable steamcloud in the settings file where you save file is stored, just edit it with a text editor and change the value SteamCloud 1 to a 0. go to 'local files' section in properties and click 'browse' then scroll to the bottom of the place where it took you (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth), and press on the folder named 'savedatapath'. go to steam and click 'properties' while on the game page. ![]() I know somone has already commented a solution but mine is a bit different so maybe it would work. ![]()
